No QR code found

Zoom the image so the QR is at least about 150 pixels wide, or crop to the QR code. For a page with several codes you will be asked to choose.

A result says “with notes”

Open the notes. They explain what the tool could not establish, for example that a signature key cannot be tied to a ZATCA-certified device.

An Arabic name looks wrong

The seller’s system may have encoded it incorrectly (not UTF-8). The tool tells you when text is not valid UTF-8.

A large PDF is slow

Pages are rendered on your device. Try fewer pages or the Batch Scanner, which limits memory use.

Reporting a problem

• Describe what you did and what you expected.
• Include your browser and version, and whether you used the website or the extension.
• Do not share real invoices or personal data. A screenshot with names and VAT numbers hidden is enough, or use made-up test data.
