Independent tool

ZATCA Invoice Checker is an independent project by xeeomr, free to use. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) or any government body. “ZATCA” and “FATOORA” belong to their owners and are used only to describe the kind of invoices the tool reads. It uses no official logo or seal.

Technical check only

The tool reads and analyses invoice data on your device. It cannot confirm that ZATCA received, cleared, reported or approved an invoice, that a seller is VAT-registered, or that a stamping certificate is trusted or unrevoked. A technically valid QR code can belong to a forged or unregistered invoice.

No advice

Results and the VAT calculator are information and calculation aids, not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. For decisions that matter, verify through ZATCA’s official channels.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the tool.

Ownership and restrictions

The software, design, text and brand belong to xeeomr (© 2026, all rights reserved). You may use the tool for its intended purpose. You may not copy, scrape, republish, rebrand, mirror or resell the site, the extension or their code without written permission.

Acceptable use

Use the tool lawfully and only with documents you are entitled to process.

Changes

These terms and the tool’s behaviour may change; material changes to privacy will be disclosed first.
